Do I need to take a placement test?

While not mandatory, we highly recommend taking our free online placement test. This helps you determine your current CEFR level (A1-C2) and ensures you enroll in the course or class level that is right for you.

How do I create an account?

Your Eleva English account is created automatically when you purchase your first course, class, or resource. During the checkout process, you will provide your email and set a password, and this information is used to instantly create your account and grant you access to your materials and class booking portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure payments via PayPal & Stripe

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. We will send a secure link to your registered email address allowing you to set a new password.

How long is a typical live class?

Our standard live tutoring sessions are 60 minutes. Package deals may offer flexibility, please check the specific product description.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance via the Eleva English booking portal. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session price, as per our Classes Policy.

What equipment do I need for a live class?

You will need a reliable internet connection, a desktop or laptop computer (or tablet), a functioning microphone, and a webcam. We recommend using a headset for the best audio quality.

Can I choose my instructor?

Currently, all Eleva English live classes and tutoring sessions are personally taught by the founder and head instructor, teacher Ella. This ensures consistent quality and personalized attention for every student. When booking, you are simply reserving a time slot with our available schedule.

How often is the course material updated?

We regularly review and update our courses and resources to ensure the content is current, accurate, and includes the latest language usage trends.

What is your refund policy for courses?

We offer a full refund for Online Courses requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the student has completed less than 10% of the course content.

Are digital downloads (e-books/worksheets) refundable?

No. Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all Learning Resources are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
